Vesidential — Cinematic Property Film
Vesidential produces cinematic property films for high-end Australian
off-the-plan projects. We start from the renders and turn them into
cinematic film — the hero film for the project website and sales centre,
and supporting cuts for social and campaigns. Every project begins with a
free cinematic sample of the building, produced from its renders, yours
to use. We work with developers and the agencies marketing their projects.
In off-the-plan, the marketing is the product: the buyer commits to a
building that does not exist yet, and decides on how the marketing makes
them feel. Renders and brochures document the specification. Cinematic
film is what makes the buyer feel what living there is like.
